Potty Training, Still...

Today is day #5 of big girl panties and only one accident in all of that!! Here is my diaper and the changing of break before the little one arrives in July. Hooray!! Cheya is such a big girl now, but prefers to sleep in her pull-up. Although she nearly always wakes up dry. Now it is time for "fancy" big girl panties!!

Potty Training #2

Okay, so yesterday there was an accident. Hmmmm..... But we are sticking with it and today is good so far. She is wearing her favorite Dora panties and it would be a crying shame if she got those wet. Or worse.

Potty Training

I think we may have another "big" girl in our house. I had all but given up with Cheya and the potty training. But I thin it is my fault and would "let" her have accidents because she would wear a pull-up for half the day. Well, yesterday that ended. Yesterday she wore big girl panties all day long. To school, at the store and all afternoon and evening at home. NO accidents. I think she was really proud of herself as well. Ms. Tifany, her pre-school teacher, mentioned that she liked her big girl panties and that is when Cheya spilled the beans about becoming a big sister this summer. So, today is day two of panties all day. Hooray!! And she knows that she is a big girl who will be a big sister. She is so excited and I am so happy to only deal with pull-ups at night. I was certainly hoping for a break from "changing the kid" before the baby comes along. wheww!

(he he, she was mid blink in this pic)

Long time.... no post

So I haven't posted in awhile... but if anyone who reads this has facebook, you already know... my newest news.

I am expecting baby number three in mid-july! We are super ecstatic and happy about this. Renzie and Cheya are hoping for a little brother, but we will take what we get and be blessed. It is alot of fun to share this experience with my girls, who just love to kiss and hug my tummy and say "good morning" or "good night" to the tater tot. (yes, we call our unborn child tater tot. It was just supposed to be tot, but Cheya liked my analogy that the baby was the size of a tater tot.) The girls will be 7 and 4 by the time this baby makes their appearance. What a fun age and good helpers too. So look back every once in awhile for an update.
